Overview

This TWO day comprehensive workshop equips teachers with the ethical, legal, and professional competencies expected under KHDA/MOE standards and UAE national child protection frameworks.Designed to strengthen a whole-school safeguarding culture, the program addresses the Professional Code of Conduct for Education Professionals, Wadeema’s Law, child rights, and inclusive education practices. By providing clear standards and practical safeguarding strategies, the workshop supports school leaders in developing a safe, compliant, and high-performing learning environment that places student well-being and professional integrity at its core.

Modules

Assessment

Assessment will be conducted through structured pre-assessment and post-assessment tests to evaluate participants’ baseline knowledge and measure learning outcomes achieved through the training. This approach ensures clear evidence of progress, skill development, and training effectiveness.

Delivery Mode

1. Face-to-Face Delivery (Groups):

2. Online Delivery (Individuals – 20 Hours / 2 Weeks)
Our online program is tailored for individual learners, offering flexibility and self-paced engagement. The course spans 20 hours over two weeks, with 2-hour sessions from Monday to Friday, and weekend sessions are also available. Participants can access interactive content, complete activities at their convenience, and receive personalized guidance from trainers, making it perfect for busy professionals or geographically dispersed learners.
