The Qualifi Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (Early Years Educator) offered by the CERTIFUSION-Global – is a comprehensive program designed for learners who wish to work with children from birth to 5 years, and gain knowledge of children aged 5–7 years. The program will deliver a comprehensive range of units covering key aspects of Early Years practice. The assessments for all units are conducted through Coursework/Practical Demonstration/Assignment-based evaluations rather than formal examinations with grading scales of Pass/Merit/Distinction. This vocational qualification facilitates learners’ career progression, in line with QUALIFI’s commitment to appropriate assessment methods. Tasks for each unit will reflect real-world work scenarios where feasible, necessitating learners to showcase their understanding of theories in practice, problem-solving abilities, and original thinking. Assignments will address specific learning outcomes and assessment criteria, integrating relevant theoretical frameworks. Learners will be prompted to apply their knowledge to practical situations within organizations, with centers encouraged to provide case studies and research opportunities. Upon enrollment, learners receive unique IDs and passwords to access the Canvas portal, where they can access course materials, participate in interactive learning activities, and submit assignments. This digital learning environment provides learners with the flexibility to engage with course content at their own pace and convenience while facilitating effective communication and collaboration with educators and peers. This self-paced qualification typically spans over 7-8 months, offering students the flexibility to progress through the material at their speed. While some may complete the course within this timeframe, the duration ultimately varies based on individual learning styles and commitments. This approach allows students to manage their studies effectively while accommodating other responsibilities, ensuring a personalized and manageable learning experience tailored to their needs.

Total Fee – AED 6,500

  • Option (a): Pay AED 5,850 (upfront) for a 10% bursary on the total fee.
  • Option (b): Pay AED 2,500 (up front) and then 5 monthly installments of AED 800.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants to the Qualifi Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (Early Years Educator) should meet the following requirements::

  • Age Requirement: Learners must be aged 16 years or above at the start of the course.
  • Educational Background: A minimum of Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable; however, applicants with relevant work experience in childcare may also be considered.
  • Language Proficiency: Learners must demonstrate competence in English language (speaking, reading, and writing) to meet the demands of the qualification.
  • Work Placement: Learners are required to have access to a suitable Early Years setting for practical assessment and evidence gathering.
  • Motivation and Commitment: A genuine interest in working with young children and commitment to completing both theoretical and practical components of the program.
