Assessment

The assessments for all units are conducted through Coursework/Practical Demonstration/Assignment-based evaluations rather than formal examinations with grading scales of Pass/Merit/Distinction. This vocational qualification facilitates learners’ career progression, in line with QUALIFI’s commitment to appropriate assessment methods. Tasks for each unit will reflect real-world work scenarios where feasible, necessitating learners to showcase their understanding of theories in practice, problem-solving abilities, and original thinking. Total Fee – AED 6,500

  • Option (a): Pay AED 5,850 (upfront) for a 10% bursary on the total fee.
  • Option (b): Pay AED 2,500 (up front) and then 5 monthly installments of AED 800.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants to the Qualifi Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (Early Years Educator) should meet the following requirements::

  • Age Requirement: Learners must be aged 16 years or above at the start of the course.
  • Educational Background: A minimum of Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable; however, applicants with relevant work experience in childcare may also be considered.
  • Language Proficiency: Learners must demonstrate competence in English language (speaking, reading, and writing) to meet the demands of the qualification.
  • Work Placement: Learners are required to have access to a suitable Early Years setting for practical assessment and evidence gathering.
